It was very challenging to find trusted and skilled professionals for various personal services like cleaning, maintenance, repairs, etc. Fatafat aims to bridge this gap between consumers and service providers by offering a one-stop platform for booking services to simplify finding and booking local service professionals.

Our analysis of the Indian market for home services apps gave us an extensive understanding of how our competitors work. We were able to get a clear picture of the current opportunities and challenges in the industry. It helped us make informed decisions to create design solutions tailored to Fatafat’s unique situation and helped us achieve our goals more efficiently.

Design and Deliver
Design System
We designed our style guide using color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that would reflect the brand’s voice effectively. The tone of the brand is professional, yet approachable. So we chose a combination of teal, grey and white to fit the brand’s placement in the industry.
Final Design
Following comprehensive research, we settled on the ultimate design for the app. We aimed to craft an aesthetically pleasing interface that would make the app simple to navigate. The final design consists of the input and suggestions obtained from our research to deliver a well-rounded and effortless app that caters to the needs of our customers.
Handoff
Upon completion of the project, it was handed off to the development team for the next phase of the development cycle. To ensure the final product meets our standards, we will work with the developers throughout the process and conduct regular quality assurance tests.
