I-Pipeline, a SaaS company, provide digital systems to speed up and maximize efficiencies in the life insurance and wealth management lifecycle.

Problem

The I-Pipeline website is currently an information repository of content. Users generally need more than five clicks to get to important information and, once there, the interaction and asset options are very limited. Also They want to transition the current site away from an FYI-data dumping ground and focus on generating more leads and Improve the overall Structure of the website so that I-pipeline can improve its website from a UX point of view to improve to meet the business goal i.e Optimize conversion and product discoverability metric

Notion provides a powerful tool for creating a comprehensive audit report, with its flexible and customizable pages and databases. In this report, we created a main page to summarize the aim of the audit, key observations, and issues identified, with dedicated pages for each issue to go in-depth with our analysis and recommendations.

Next Steps

After conducting a UX audit for the website, we proceeded to analyze the current issues from a UX point of view and provided low and high fidelity wireframes as a solution.
