Confetti Design Studio is hiring 1 Creative Director to lead our graphic design department.

Work alongside a team of graphic design experts to bring the most exciting consumer goods to market! From skincare to food & beverage; from alcohol to wellness products! We cover it all.

Key activities:

Overlook multiple ongoing projects as they are getting executed by mid-level designers
Provide creative leadership by leading design teams and creative projects. Guide and direct to deliver the very best strategy and design for our clients and work with Creative Directors and fellow Design Directors to establish future creative vision.
Leads creative critiques and uses personal expertise to draw out the best possible creative ideas to deliver against design/brand strategy, while also providing ongoing direction of the assigned design team and the selection and/or refinement of the final creative solution.
Ensures creative teams’ delivery creative solutions to deadlines and within the scope of the budget.
Lead Identity design & packaging design projects from a creative & strategic standpoint.
Work alongside project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects
Troubleshoot Identity design & packaging design projects through prior agency experience and communication skills

The ideal candidate must have:

Prior agency experience in a well-reputed design agency
Minimum 5 years of work experience in identity-design & packaging design
Excellent communication skills towards designers & non-designers alike

About the role:

Salary: 12-16 LPA
