Confetti Design Studio (Confetti) is looking for a junior admin role to work alongside the business development team to help build India’s biggest design agency!

• Hands-on business development work
• Work alongside the finance team to learn the fundamentals of running a business
• 1-1 Mentorship & shadowing opportunity with the founder

Confetti Design Studio is India’s leading branding & packaging design studio that works with brands across the globe to create memorable FMCG & retail brands. We work with all our talent remotely and are looking to expand our team with talented and experienced designers across India!

Roles & Responsibility:

• Book calls with incoming leads
• Screening leads on their potential before the call is booked
• Ensuring all leads attend the calls that are booked for them
• Paperwork & invoice clearance for existing clients
• Maintain necessary data for all the leads & business development activities

Skillset & Qualifications:

• Candidate should be bilingual (hindi & english) with a smooth command on both languages
• Candidate should have working knowledge of tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Excel, etc. to maintain data
• This role is open for freshers as well. However, we are looking for candidates with great communication skills who can take ownership & are looking to learn how a business runs from the ground up
