Confetti Design Studio is hiring 1 SEO Specialist to join our marketing department.

Work alongside a team of copywriters, UI/UX designers & web development experts to help Confetti & our clients rank higher on Google!

Key activities:

  • Take care of activities like keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Manage website audits and ensure crawlability, indexation, and schema optimization.
  • Implement and oversee on-page improvements — metadata, internal linking structure, and UX-related SEO inputs.
  • Build and manage backlink acquisition through ethical and white-hat methods (blog submissions, listings, Quora/Web 2.0, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain GA4, Google Search Console, and performance dashboards.
  • Generate weekly updates and monthly reports on organic growth, keyword rankings, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with content writers, website developers, and designers to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented accurately.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies.
  • Track and improve KPIs such as organic clicks, impressions, keyword positions, and conversions.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably with service-based sites).
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, schema markup, redirects, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Experience managing off-page campaigns and assessing backlink quality.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Familiarity with HTML and Webflow CMS is a bonus.
