1) Project Overview
E-Mobile-ity For Future

Hero Moto Corp’s ESYNC is an innovative electric vehicle. Alongside their EV they are also the charging solutions provider for it and focus on creating efficient, and accessible charging networks for urban environments. Their goal is to accelerate the adoption of EVs by eliminating common barriers such as slow charging speeds, poor built, and a lack of user-friendly experiences.

Innovation to Accessibility

Hero Moto Corp’s EV charging industry is rapidly growing, but when it becomes a fragmented market with complex technology, and a lack of customer awareness, it overall hinders adoption. ESYNC needed to differentiate itself by offering a brand experience that felt both futuristic and approachable, ensuring that customers felt confident in choosing their product themselves.

Additionally, ESYNC’s branding had to be a balance between technical credibility and emotional relatability. While it was important to communicate the brand’s technology, it was also important for the brand to be easy to understand for customers. Striking this balance needed a brand identity that made their values of innovation and everyday convenience blend well together.

Our approach was rooted in simplifying the complexities of EV charging and positioning ESYNC as a brand that empowers a greener future. We conducted extensive market research to understand pain points of users and emerging trends in EV adoption. This allowed us to make a brand strategy that addressed both functional and emotional needs.

Through a collaborative design-thinking process, we created a brand identity that was bold, intelligent, and future-forward. Every element—beginning from the messaging right till the visual aesthetic—was carefully curated to ensure ESYNC was seen as a solution-driven brand that makes access to Emobile vehicles effortless.

We positioned ESYNC as a tech-forward yet user-friendly brand, blending advanced technology with seamless usability. The brand’s key pillars: Sustainability, Supportiveness, and Smart Innovation have become the foundation for all messaging and design decisions. By making sure there is consistency in their brand values, ESYNC could build credibility and recognition in a competitive market.

The strategy also focused on storytelling that emphasized real-world impact. We highlighted how ESYNC's solutions contribute to a cleaner planet, support EV adoption, and make emobiles and their accessories accessible to all. This human-centric approach helped foster an emotional connection with customers and partners.

05) Verbal Identity
The Promise of A Sustainable Future

The brand voice needed to reflect ESYNC’s core values: smart innovation, sustainable, and customer-centric. We developed a tone that was confident yet approachable, using simple language to demystify the idea of Emobiles while maintaining technical credibility. Whether in marketing materials, product descriptions, or customer support, the messaging always reinforced ESYNC’s commitment to effortless and efficient charging. This verbal identity allowed ESYNC to maintain a consistent and compelling presence across digital and physical platforms.

06) Visual Identity
Boldness of The Future

ESYNC’s visual identity was designed to be modern, reflecting the brand’s tech-driven essence. We developed a logo that symbolized energy flow and connectivity, complemented by a vibrant color palette and inspired by clean energy: electric blues, fresh greens, and high-contrast blacks and whites.

The typography and design elements were chosen to evoke speed, efficiency, and clarity, ensuring that all communication felt both future-friendly and user-friendly. Every detail was molded to reinforce ESYNC’s position as a leader in EV charging innovation.

07) Conclusion

Confetti was brought in to create a brand identity that would position ESYNC as a leader in the EV charging industry. The aim was to create a strategy that helped develop a distinctive verbal and visual identity, and make sure the company’s values of sustainability, innovation, and convenience were embedded in every touchpoint.
